Your Cedar Falls Campground reservation has been confirmed! Thank you.

You will receive an email confirmation shortly with the details of your stay. Please print and bring that confirmation with you for your stay. If you do not receive your confirmation email within an hour, please check your spam folder. Also, if you are a new customer, watch for an email prompting you to set up an account for our online customer portal system, where you can cancel and modify your reservations.

Check-in/Check-out

There is no formal check-in/check-out policy. Camping permits are valid from 2:00 pm on the first day of the stay, until noon on the last day of stay. Early arrivals are permitted if approved by Campground Supervisor (via telephone) if site is available.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation allowed up to midnight 7 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund (minus a $10 cancellation fee and applicable credit card processing fees).
Cancellations between 2 and 7 days before your scheduled arrival will receive a 50% refund (minus a $10 cancellation fee and applicable credit card processing fees).
No refunds for cancellations within 2 days of arrival.
No refund for early departures.

*The Willow Flowage is a storage reservoir with fluctuating water levels. Water levels can be monitored at WVIC.com.

*Ice and firewood are available for purchase at the campground.
