Convenience Store

Our Convenience Store is part of the experience! We offer ice cream, candy, coffee/cappuccino, ice, slushies, pharmacy items, Whitetail Bluff apparel, camping supplies, to-go beer and more!

$120 Weekend (Fri-Sun)
$15 per hour
$60 per day (9AM-9PM)
$175 Holiday Weekend

Firewood (Delivered to your site)

$6.00 a bundle

Ice

$3 for small bag of ice
$7 for large bag of ice

Fireworks/Firearms

Fireworks are not allowed on the property at any time – even holidays. This is for the safety of your neighbors and their campers, our highly expensive inflatable pond toys and jump pad.
Firearms are not allowed in the Campground.

Visitors

Must stop at registration desk to pay the appropriate parking pass and/or day pass.
Visitors must follow all the Campground rules and regulations.

Children

Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children.
Children under 16 must be, at all times. supervised and accompanied by an adult at the campground activities areas; Pond, Pool, Jumping Pad, Playground.
Children must be at a campsite by 9:00 p.m.
NO bicycling after dusk.

Pets

All pets must be on a leash at all times and quiet and non-aggressive.
All pet feces must be cleaned up immediately by the owner and disposed of properly.
We allow NO more than 2 pets total.
NO animals may be left unattended at your camp site, no boarding.
Pets are not allowed in the cabins, campground activity areas, or any common areas.

Jumping Pad

NO shoes, sharp objects, food or drink, roughhousing or flips.
Never walk on the jump pad when deflated.
Never tamper with the blower unit.
Never throw sand on or near the pad.
Wristbands required for use of this amenity.

Pond & Beach

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swimming is always at your own risk. Life jackets are encouraged.
NO rock or sand throwing. NO digging holes on our beach.
Wristbands required for use of this amenity.
Swimming diapers are required for toddlers wearing diapers.
NO glass allowed.

Pool

NO diving, roughhousing, running on pool deck.
NO water guns.
NO smoking/vaping.
NO food in pool or pool area.
NO drinks in the pool.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Wristbands required for use of this amenity.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swimming is always at your own risk.
NO glass allowed.
NO coolers allowed.

Pond Inflatables

Proper swim attire MUST be worn at all times.
Anyone younger than 10 years of age MUST be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old.
Life jackets are required.
Wristbands required for use of this amenity.

Fires

Do not remove fire rings.
Only burn firewood in your fire ring.
Do not bring in outside wood into the campground.

Golf Carts & ATV/UTV

ATV/UTV use is to go directly from site to/from road.
Use 5 MPH speed limit in Campground.
NO joy riding through Campground.
NO ATV/UTV use after 8:00 p.m., as these are noisier than golf carts.
NO golf cart use after 11:00 p.m.
Must be 16 years of age for golf carts* and 18 years of age for ATV/UTV to operate. *Golf carts rented from WTB may only be driven by someone 21+ and are not allowed on the trail.

Garbage

All garbage is to be placed in garbage bags and put in dumpster near exit.
Do not put full garbage cans/bags in our common garbage areas located at clubhouse entry, pool or beach.
Do not leave garbage in your firepits.

Cabins

Cabins must be left tidy and “broom clean”. A charge will be assessed for units that are damaged, left cluttered with garbage or very unclean.
NO smoking / NO pets allowed in cabins.

Quiet Time

NO loud music, loud conservation, or excessive noise. This will not be tolerated.
Golf carts should be used only for direct travel to specific destination, not for joy riding.

Safety is our number one priority. So please follow the rules. Anyone whose conduct is offensive or disorderly to other campers, residents, management or employees will be required to leave without refund.
