Notice to Camper

Please read carefully. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environment, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and the right to regulate and evict anyone for infractions. Camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release Old Highway 19 RV Park, it’s officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping facilities and any activities, games or events sponsored by Old Highway 19 RV Park.

No solicitors, maintenance, repair personnel or outside workers of any kind are allowed to conduct business on the property without consent from management.
Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. No loud noise or music or generators tolerated during those hours.
Speed limit on all campground roads is 5.5 miles. Please have respect for the walkers.
All fires must be extinguished when retire. Fires allowed in firepits only.
You must use sealed sewer connections. Florida State Law requires “donuts” to connect sewer lines.
Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction.
Please deposit trash in the receptacles throughout the park or in the dumpster near the office. Please breakdown any boxes.
No refunds are available without consent from management.
Washing your vehicle or RV is permitted for a $10 per vehicle fee. Please see management.
Sleeping in the open/tent or passenger vehicles is prohibited.
ABSOLUTELY NO SWIMMING IN THE POND. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 15 PERMITTED IN THE FENCED AREA AROUND THE POND WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. NO LIFEGUARD AT THE POND.
Fishing is permitted with a pass, please see management. This is a catch & release pond. Be sure that you do not leave any hooks, line or other debris.
Golf carts allowed in posted areas.

PET POLICY: Pets must be on a leash. MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET – FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN A $25 FINE! Pets must be supervised at all times. While in the pet fenced area, all pets must be supervised. No aggressive pet will be allowed.

Our bathhouses are cleaned and disinfected daily. No one under the age of 12 are allowed to use the bathhouse without adult supervision. Please be kind and help us to keep our facilities clean. Be cautious, floors may be wet and slippery.

I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur. I also agree to immediately report any accident, injury or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premise, the said camper will notify the management or staff immediately.

I also agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including minors and visitors, and will require them to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form. All visitors to your site must check in with management. Your site rental is for up to 6 people per site one RV and 2 vehicles. There is overflow parking is available if needed.
