Reservations, Terms & Conditions

RV CAMPING

RV Camping Reservation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Fees for reservations that are cancelled more than 10-days in advance can be applied to booking another reservation during the same camping season.

HOTEL

Off Shore Hotel & Resort is an advance deposit resort. All reservations require the first night’s room rate to be charged as a deposit at the time of reservation. Any remaining balance must be paid at check-in.

If you cancel your reservation for any reason anytime between making the reservation and 72 hours prior to 3:00pm there will be a $30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to the arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited.

Must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room. All occupants must also be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by their parent.

The same credit card used for your deposit, along with a valid photo ID, must be presented at check-in.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel or at any resort amenities.

All room rates are subject to 12% tax (7% state and 5% hotel).

We will make every attempt to accommodate room location requests. However, these requests are not guaranteed.

Please double check the accuracy and details of your reservations request before you commit and submit.

Hotel & Overnight RV Camping applicants and their guests agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and policies of the property.

The Reservations Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement between Off Shore Resort and the applicant and their guests.

Off Shore Resort reserves the right to change, revise or add to these Reservations Terms and Conditions and/or the Rules, Regulations, and Policies at any time.

Check-out is 11:00 am but you may continue to use the resort all day.

Notice: 2021 will be the inaugural year for Off Shore Hotel & Resort and almost everything will be brand-new! Overnight campsites will have electric, water, and sewer services that will be fully operational. Services within the Restaurant, Playgrounds, Resort Store, Aquatics Center, Pond & Beach will be up and running at an undetermined date within the 2021 season.
