CHECK IN time is between the hours of 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Early Check in fees will apply prior to 1:00 pm. Before 11:00 AM ($60.00), 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM ($40.00). If you wish to check in early, please contact our office at 207-664-7070

We have a NO REFUND POLICY. Any cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be deducted from your deposit and your remaining deposit will be kept on file for you to use on a future reservation

$60.00 cancellation fee will apply to any nightly, weekly reservation.
$200.00 cancellation fee will apply to any monthly reservation.
$500.00 cancellation fee will apply to any seasonal reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be 25 years of age or over to book a reservation. Drivers License or photo ID may be required at check in. If you are under the age of 25, please call the office immediately after receiving this document for a full refund.

One RV and One Auto Per Site. We do not offer tent camping and tents are not allowed on the same site with an RV. Extra auto is $5.00 per day if space is available. Call the office for information.

Third-party camping rentals are allowed at Forest Ridge Campground. You will be required to give us a $250.00 credit card deposit for damages to any of our equipment and/or grounds during your visit. The deposit will be refunded the day of your departure provided there are no damages. Please contact the office if you have any questions 207-664-7070.

Speed Limit is 5 miles per hour. Reserved parking at the gate will be available for those who travel more than 5 mph.

ATV's, firearms and fireworks are prohibited on the campground property.

Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times. Children need to be supervised by an adult while using the playground, pool, restrooms and showers.

No vicious/aggressive pets are allowed. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Dogs shall not be left unattended at the RV or campsite. If you leave your dog behind and it constantly barks, you will be called and asked to return to the campground to take care of your dog. Constantly barking dogs will not be tolerated. Families are responsible for picking up waste from their pet. If we notice you not picking up your pet waste, you will be billed $10.00 for each clean-up. Do not throw your pet waste in the woods or place it in the garbage cans in the laundry or bathroom facilities. Dispose of your waste in the trash dumpster. Pets are not allowed in any public building or in the pool. Pet gates (fenced in areas) are not permitted.

Do not leave trash out at night to attract the bears or other unwanted animals.

All buildings are smoke free (including the cabin, office, bathhouse, laundry, screenroom, playground and pool area). Smoking is only allowed at your individual camp site. All cigarettes must be properly disposed of and not placed on the ground or in the firepits.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. You will not get any warnings if we have to visit your site after 10:00 pm. You will be asked to pack up and leave.

Any outside music levels must be kept to a minimum - please be considerate of your neighbors.

We have implemented a "Site Lock Fee". To be guaranteed a site of your liking you must pay the $25 fee. If you did not pay the fee, you may be moved up to three days prior to your arrival.

Monthly and seasonal sites will be charged a fee for their monthly electricial usage, based upon the number of kilowatts used in a 30 day period.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Background checks may be run on our guests. If a background check contains ANY criminal information, your reservation will be cancelled. We are not responsible for accidents, injury, loss of money and/or valuables, damage to your vehicle or recreational vehicle (RV) or your motorhome. Those who do not abide by our rules and regulations will be asked to leave, without notice and without a refund.

A credit card has been obtained to secure your reservation. Your card information will be kept on file for up to six months after your check out date. Your credit card will be used to pay any remaining balance on the day you check in, and/or it will be used to pay for any additional services, such as, additional nights added to your stay, firewood, propane or any other additional item purchased from the campground store.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: While a damage deposit is not required, please note that damages caused by a guest to a campsite, grounds, cabin or property, or removal of equipment (firepit or back flow preventor) may be assessed a fee.
