I have read and accept all campground and canoeing/kayaking rules and regulations. Woodland Acres and JRP Enterprises, Inc. will not be held responsible for enforcing the following terms and conditions if I have not read them thoroughly or failed to understand their intent.

You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a site - NO EXCEPTIONS!

I understand that Woodland Acres has the right to change my reservation if it isn’t created in accordance to their policies. I agree to a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per campsite and I agree to reserve additional campsites if I go over this maximum. Woodland Acres reserves the right to reject admittance to anyone over the site maximum. Woodland Acres is not responsible for site availability if your maximum capacity is met and more guests arrive for your site. We reserve the right to allow or decline any persons over the maximum limit onto a site and only with prior notification and approval; subject to an extra $20 fee per person. This will only be permitted under special circumstances and it should not be assumed that we will normally allow this exception.

Woodland Acres reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to evict without notice anyone whose conduct is disruptive, illegal, abusive, immoral, or not in compliance with our rules and regulations. No refunds will be granted for any reason; including but not limited to late arrival, premature departure, inclement weather, bugs, cancelled sites, cancelled canoes, early return of canoes, or eviction by management. No exceptions will be made. Camping and canoeing are outdoor sports, and as such, are subject to the whims of Mother Nature. Flooding is unfortunate, but cannot be controlled, and therefore I will not hold Woodland Acres responsible for any water damage to our property during our stay.

I hereby agree to hold harmless JRP Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a/ Woodland Acres Campground and Woodland Realty, LLC, their employees and representatives from all claims, injuries or damages sustained by me, my family, or my guests.

I agree to pay for damages, loss or theft to any property of Woodland Acres caused by me, my family, or my guests, including but not limited to:

· Blue Recycling Bins $20

· Moving Firepits $100

· Cutting Down Trees $200/tree

· Picnic Tables

I understand Woodland Acres Campground will debit my credit card on file and I give permission to charge my credit card for any additional charges or damages incurred.

CAMPGROUND CHECK-IN: 3PM - 10PM

CAMPGROUND CHECK-OUT: 2PM

Those who would like to check-in prior to 3pm must call ahead to make sure their site is available.

Early check-in is subject to a $5 fee for every hour prior to 3pm.

If campers would like to stay later than 2pm on the day of their departure, they must first check to see if their site is available for a late check-out. Late departures are subject to a $5 fee for every hour past 2pm.

QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED

11:00pm - 7:00am Nightly

Please Respect Your Neighboring Campers

Any campers that need to be repeatedly spoken to after quiet hours are subject to losing out on boat rentals without refunds or in extreme cases, eviction from the campground

There is a 3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends and during Fryeburg Fair Week.

Payment is due in full and there are NO REFUNDS.

We allow 2 well behaved dogs with up to date shots and paperwork on a site!

Please refer to our pet policy and if applicable, our service animal policy!

Refund Policy

Refunds for camping/canoeing are given (MINUS A $10.00 SERVICE CHARGE FOR EACH SITE AND/OR CANOE CANCELLED) provided notification is received at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Within 14 days of arrival, there are no refunds.

** There will be no refunds for reservations made on Holiday Weekends or Fryeburg Fair Week **

GROUP LEADERS

The G.L. is responsible for the behavior of the entire group. If a balance is due upon arrival, it is to be paid in one lump sum by the G.L. The G.L. needs to send us their completed group sign-up sheet prior to arrival. If the G.L. has not sent the sheet in, others in the group will not be allowed on the site if they check-in before the G.L. The G.L. is the only one permitted to make changes to a reservation. PEOPLE WHO ARE PART OF A GROUP AND MAKE INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS FOR CANOES WILL BE TREATED AS INDIVIDUALS AND MAY NOT ALL BE TRANSPORTED AT THE SAME TIME.

**Group Sites with excessive trash will require extra time for employees to clean. Sites that are not left similarly to how they were upon arrival may result in your group not being welcomed back**

Boat Rentals

I understand that canoe and kayak activities involve inherent risks and hazards such as, but not limited to, strong river currents, rocks, rising and falling water levels, trees in the river, rapids, bodily injury or death. I assume full responsibility for injuries or damages incurred to myself or others in my canoe/kayak while renting this equipment. I agree that all equipment I rent from Woodland Acres will be returned to them on the date and time specified and in the same condition as received. I further understand and agree to the following charges. YOU MAY NOT MAKE BARGES WITH OUR CANOES!

· Damaged/Lost life jacket $15.00

· Damaged/Lost canoe paddle $25.00

· Damaged/Lost kayak paddle $35.00

· Damaged/Lost canoe Full Replacement Value!

· Damaged/Lost kayak Full Replacement Value!

Woodland Acres is not responsible for camping availability on the river. If overnight canoers cannot find a spot to set up camp, we cannot guarantee availability at our campground.

Canoe/Kayak rentals include shuttle service to 1 location. If picked up at another location, please note there will be an extra shuttle charge applied.

· Sunday–Friday: Boat shuttles leave every hour starting at 9am.

o All rental canoes/kayaks must be back to our landing by 5:00pm.

· Saturday: Boat shuttles leave every half hour starting at 8am.

o All canoes/kayaks must be back to our landing by 6:00pm.

If you are late returning your rental canoe/kayak, you will be charged for an extra day. If you are late with a private canoe/kayak, you will be on your own to return your canoe/kayak to your site. Anyone who wishes a second shuttle or pickup shuttle should call us no later than 4:00pm Sunday through Friday; and, 5:00pm Saturday.
