All rules and regulations listed below must be observed by all at all times while at Arrowhead Lake Campground and surrounding areas.

Rules & Regulations

All RV Site reservations must be made online. Payment is due at the time of reservation.
All campers must register with the camp office upon entry.
Campers must provide a valid driver’s license, phone number and valid plate on the trailer.
CAMP SITE check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 2:00 p.m.
LOG Cabin check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 p.m.
Be respectful of your neighbors.
Remain in the space of your given camp site.
Quiet Time is 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. No visitors allowed in the park after 10:00 p.m.
Speed Limit in the park is 10 MPH. Campers and their guests must obey traffic speed limit.
Please watch your language! We are a ‘family” campground. Campers or guest shall not engage in lewd acts, fighting, threatening or abusive language or conduct that causes public inconvenience annoyance, alarm, unreasonable noise, or is disturbing to campground patrons. Failure to comply may result in eviction from park property, arrest or fine. NO REFUNDS
Alcohol is prohibited in public shared spaces such as the General Store, laundry, restroom/showers or roadway. Use on your site only!!!
Any presences or use of illegal substances is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction or arrest. NO REFUNDS
Keep your camp site neat and tidy. It is your responsibility to deposit trash in appropriate dumpsters.
Lawn decorations that are not directly related to camping are prohibited.
Only 1 tent canopy allowed per site. Tent canopies can only have 2 solid sides dropped at a time.
Exterior lights can only be attached to the camper awning or a canopy attached to the camper. Roper lights are allowed on the ground or awning. Only 30 ft. of lights are allowed to a campsite.
Storage tents, refrigerators and freezers are prohibited. Tarps/plastic covering trailers are prohibited.
All picnic tables are to remain on camp site. If extra tables are needed, please check with the Host on Duty for availability.
Satellite dishes must be attached to your camper or on a tripod. Never mounted in the ground.
Campfires are restricted to fire rings only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Campfires may not be left unattended at any time. Wood reserve pile must not exceed 4’ X 4’ x 4’.
No plants can be planted in the ground.
Pick up your campsite on mowing day.
Firearms and Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
No children will be allowed to play with the water faucet or have kiddie pools.
No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake.
Washing of dishes in laundry room or shower house will not be permitted.
Don’t overload washing machines. Remove you laundry as soon as the machine finishes. DO NOT wash animal items in the machines.
No mail received at the campground.
Motorbikes, Golf Carts, Motor Scooters, and Side-by-Sides in the campground is limited to the roadway only. These vehicles are prohibited hrough the camping areas, on the walking trail and around the lake, except for handicap designated areas. ATV’s (3- wheeler and 4-wheelers) are PROHIBITED.
ALL motor vehicles must be insured and driven by a valid licensed driver. Motorbikes must have a valid license for road use. In order for Golf Carts and Side-by-Sides to be driven inside the campground and on public roadways, they must have either City Sticker (50.00 for a year - good for city wide travel) or Campground sticker ($5.00 for 3 months - good for campground roadway travel only)
No sewage or gray water from campers, tents, or RV’S will be disposed of on the grounds of your site. Disposal only allowed at the dumping station
Three infractions resulting in a warning to a guest, you will be evicted from the property. NO REFUNDS
Report loss, theft, accidents and disturbances to camp host on duty. Any requests should be considered and fulfilled if possible.
Campers should call 911 for assistance if they feel threatened, in danger or for medical attention and then report to the camp host on duty.
In the event of hazardous weather, report to bath houses.

Pet Policy

The City of Johnston City has a pet ordinance. A copy of this ordinance may be obtained at City Hall l00 W. Broadway Johnston City, IL.

Pets on campground property must be kept on a leash at ALL times.
Campers must always clean up after their pets IMMEDIATELY.
Pets shall not be tied up to trees and left unattended.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy:

Need to Cancel? - If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so here at the online reservation system at least 48 hours before the cancellation deadlines listed below to receive your a full refund, minus the online reservation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Not canceling/no show will result in forfeiture of the camping fees.

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable payment. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of camping fees.

RV Sites: 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Please cancel the reservation through the online reservation system by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.

Refunds:

A refund of camping and utility fees (if applicable) for unused time will be made, upon the request of the registered camper, according to the following guidelines. Refund forms must be completed and submitted to City Hall whenever a camper requests a refund for the unused portion of the camping permit. Full refunds of camping and utility fees (if applicable) for reserved camp sites shall be made, less the non-refundable reservation fee, provided the camper cancels the reservation before the cancellation deadline date set by the City Council. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline date will be subject to loss of one night's camping and utility fee (if applicable). No refunds will be made for no-shows unless the reservation has been cancelled.

Debit or Credit Card Purchases: Refunds for debit or credit card payments will be issued as a credit to the original bank or credit card used to pay. In the event that a customer has cancelled this card, they will need to contact their card company to have the funds released. We cannot issue refunds to any card other than the one used to pay.

Emergency Closures: In the event of an emergency closure, the Arrowhead Campground host or City Hall Officials will refund all fees and will attempt to notify you using the contact information within your reservation customer profile.

Reminders:

The cabin does NOT have a bathroom or any inside plumbing. There is a spigot outside for your convenience. The shower house and laundry facility is located at the entrance of the campground for your convenience. NO LINENS ARE PROVIDED. NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE THE CABIN OR INSIDE ANY OF THE CAMPGROUND FACILITIES.

Tent camping has shared access to electricity and spigots.
