SITE GUARANTEE: Specific sites are not guaranteed unless you have paid the $25 site guarantee fee for that site on your reservation.

VISTORS AND DAY GUESTS: All visitors and day guests must check in at the registration office to obtain a car permit and be entered as guests of the site you are visiting. There is a minimal charge for all guests unless you are just stopping by for a few minutes but you will still require a pass to enter the campground. This is for everyone’s safety and all guests must be registered by law.

TENT SITES HAVE NO SERVICES INCLUDED

EXTRA TENTS: All sites include a place for one tent or trailer. Additional tents on any site incur a $45 fee (plus tax) per tent per night.

Our WASHROOMS are exclusively for campers who do not have a washroom in their own trailer. For them we issue washroom keys for a $25 refundable deposit (cash preferred please).

QUIET HOURS: We want all our guests to enjoy themselves. We ask that you treat others as you like to be and that includes peace and quiet at night to get a great night’s sleep. We require all outside radios be kept at reasonable sound levels at all times and after 11pm no outside radios etc. be on. We are known as a family campground where everyone has a great time and for only hearing nature during the night, we hope you do too. Quiet time is from 11 PM until 9 AM. At this time all outside music and electronics must be turned OFF and we ask that you use quieter voices when sitting around your campfire.

CANCELLATION POLICY:Tent & Trailer Sites (except Rental Trailers): these reservations have a cancellation period (time before the booked arrival) of 48 hours for non-holiday weekends, or 14 days for holiday weekends.
Rental Trailers & Cabins: these reservations always have a cancellation period (time before the booked arrival) of 14 days.
If you cancel before the cancellation period, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee but everything else will be refunded to your credit card. If you cancel within the cancellation period, you will lose your deposit.
On request, we may be able to move your reservation dates, to accommodate you, instead of cancelling.
In case of any temporary government-ordered closure of our campground, transient campers with reservations in that period are permitted, on request, either a full refund of their deposit or to move their reservation dates to another time.

NO-SHOW POLICY: If you have a reservation but don’t arrive for it, your deposit is forfeit.

WOOD: No outside-sourced firewood is permitted to be brought in, but we sell firewood in our store. Anyone bringing in outside firewood will be asked to leave the park, lose their deposit, and not be allowed to ever come back.

SPEED LIMITS: Please keep driving speed on our Campground at no more than 5 km/hour: we have many children on our Campground.

PETS: are welcome (except not permitted with our rental trailers). They must be kept on a restraint, under control, and never left unattended. No pets are allowed in the store or on playgrounds or in the pool area.

The campers agree that the use of the Park or its facilities is solely at the risk of himself/herself, his/her family, and his/her guests, and promise to indemnify the Campground against any claims whatsoever arising from any of these people.

A donation of $3 per booking is collected on all transient bookings for donation to The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation by Heritage Trails Campground.
