Please remember, all refunds are given in the form of a Crazy Horse gift card. If this is unacceptable, you must call within 24 hours of booking to cancel and receive your money back. After 24 hours, to receive a gift card for the full amount (less $15 cancellation charge) we must be notified 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If less than 7 days, the full amount less one night fees (one nights fee plus associated per person charges).The camping fee is your site fee plus per person fees. The occupancy fees are not optional as all of the recreation amenities are included. Your family will have unlimited access to all of the recreational amenities for the duration of your stay. Your family’s safe and fun stay is our goal and we will endeavor to help you create a memorable stay. We do, however, reserve the right to cancel any activity that we deem may endanger your family’s safety due to extreme weather. We follow state code which allows six people per site. One vehicle per site and extra vehicles with car tag must be parked in our overflow parking lot. Full payment is due with reservation. Every effort is made to accommodate your request for a specific site, however, we cannot guarantee it. There is a 2 night minimum stay. Check in is 3PM, check out is 2 PM for campsites and 3 PM / 11 AM respectively for rental units. We love dogs! We are a very pet friendly park and simply ask that you keep them leashed and quiet and clean up after them. Pet waste bags are available at our three pet stations and in the store and registration office. Do not attach anything to our trees. This property is privately owned. You must be at least 21 years old to rent from us. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and are not responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of valuables of any kind. Photos taken during your stay may be used in promotional pieces. Speed limit is 5 mph at all times in all areas. Please use "G" rated language at all times. Be respectful of 11:00 pm - 8:00 am quiet time or you will be asked to leave. You must comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office/ on the grounds /and on the camper guide in your welcome packet. . FIREWOOD POLICY: No outside firewood is allowed in the campground. We sell bug free firewood in the store. VISITOR POLICY: We do not allow visiting guests into the park as we regularly operate at maximum occupancy. CARD CONVENIENCE FEE: A 3.00% charge will be added to the total cost of the reservation for card payments. Check In / Check Out Times Campsite Check In: 3:00 p.m. Check Out: 1:00 p.m. Early Check In: 1pm. Please call the office the morning of your check in to see if it is available (additional $10.00 if available) Late Check Out: 6:00 p.m. (additional $10.00 if available) Sleeping Cabin/ Deluxe Cabin/Deluxe Cottage Check in: 3:00 p.m. Check Out: 11:00 a.m. There are No Early Check in or Late check outs for Deluxe Cottages, Camping Cabins, or Deluxe Cabins
