MAXIMUM stay is 14 consecutive days during the on season (March 1-October 31). We are a recreational campground, not a long-term stay facility.
We do allow long-term stays in the off season (November 1 - February 28). For winter reservations that are 14 days or longer, RV skirting is required for non all-seasons campers and HIGHLY recommended for all-seasons campers. You must have a hydrant cover and heat tape wrapped around the hydrant, plus a heated hose to run water to your camper. You are responsible for repair costs if hydrant freezes and busts.
NOTICE: The Raum Bridge is CLOSED until replacement in 2026. No foot traffic, vehicle, bikes, UTVs, golf carts, etc are allowed on the bridge. The Lawson Lake complex can be accessed from gravel roads (204th and Tri-County Line Road to Raum) coming from the west or a paved route via KK Hwy to 208th Street to Raum from the east.
