RV Site Policies

Check-in Times: 2pm up to 9pm

Late Check-in: To arrange, please call ahead, 607-278-5293.

Checkout Times: By 12pm. Extensions granted upon request if site available.

Payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or check if paid in advance (payable to Crazy Acres Campground at Beaver Spring Lake).

Holiday Periods: Memorial Weekend, July 4th holiday period and Labor Day weekend require 3 Night minimum and pre-payment one month prior to arrival. (We may accept a one or two night reservation 5 days prior if sites available – call for availability).

Discounts: Discounts not offered for holidays.

Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday periods: Full refund, less $10 processing fee. For holiday periods which require pre-payment one month prior to arrival, if cancelled with more than two weeks notice, refund will be given less one night fee. If cancelled with less than two weeks notice, camper may lose whole amount unless site can be re-sold for same period. Where possible, rain-checks are issued to be used in same year.Rentals: see separate cancellation policy below.

Pets: We welcome pets into our park and for this reason we provide ‘Tinkle Trails’ and Doo-Doo Drop cans throughout the park as well as a large, open field at back of campground, beyond Nature Trail, for dogs to be let off leash to run as long as they’re controlled and will return on command. Dogs to be picked up after. Throughout the campground and nature trail, dogs must be on a leash, no longer than 6’ and must be under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Aggressive, uncontrolled noise and/or threatening behavior from any pet is not permitted. A valid rabies certificate to be produced at registration. See separate Pet policy for rentals.

Sites: Rates are based on 2 adults and up to 4 children (5 – 17 year). Extra adult fee is $7. We allow up to a maximum of 3 adults and 4 children per site. Additional site required if more adult campers in party. One RV and two automobile vehicles (or two tents and two automobile vehicles) permitted per site.

Cabin & RV Rental Policies

Checkin Times: After 3pm and before 9pm. Call for availability if earlier check-in is required.

Checkout Times: By 12 Noon. Lock Cabin or RV and return key to Campground Office.

Pets: Pets are not permitted inside rentals or onsite.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside rentals.

Reservations: Cabin or RV rental require a two night minimum stay and prepayment one month prior to check-in.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $150 required at check-in via credit card imprint to be used in the event that Cabin, RV, Site or Equipment was not left clean and undamaged.

Cancellation: To cancel a Cabin or RV rental, please call 607-278-5293. If more than two weeks notice, refund given less one night fee. If less than two weeks notice, no refund given unless Rental is sold for same period. Where possible, rain-checks are issued to be used in same year.
