Sites are based on a family of 5 ( 2 adults & 3 children) Sites have a maximum of 6 people per site. Please call 603-483-8282 for more information.

There is a 3% service fee for credit card transactions

As part of your reservation you will receive an email to setup access to our Customer Portal. Please set this up so you can check in online, pay balances or modify your reservation.

Refund Policy:

All reservations longer than 2 weeks in length will not be eligible for a refund. A credit may be applied for a future stay within the current season of when the reservation was made.
Campsite reservations of less than 2 weeks will qualify for a refund 14 days prior to arrival. All reservations cancelled will be charged a one night cancellation fee.
Rental reservations of less than 2 weeks will qualify for a refund 30 days prior to arrival. All reservations cancelled will be charged a one night cancellation fee.
Refunds will not be given to reservations already checked in who leave prior to their departure date.
