Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 15 nights of arrival will result in full refund less reservation fee. Cancellaitons made between 15 and 8 nights prior to arrival will receive 50% refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 7 nights of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Booking/reservation fees are non-refundable. Prices subject to change without notice.

Motorcycle Policy: Motorcycles may not be driven within the park. You are welcome to park your motorcycle at the office and use the main entrance/exit.

Golf Cart Policy: Golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver with proof of insurance. Golf carts must have working taillights and headlights if driven after dark.

Tent Policy: We do not offer tent camping. A single tent is allowed only on a site with an RV.

CAMPGROUND RULES:

1. PLEASE REGISTER at the office upon arrival. Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Car passes must be visible through your front windshield.

2. QUIET HOURS are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. No disorderly conduct, offensive activities, or nuisances will be permitted at any time. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.

3. BEACH: Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.

a. Children must be supervised by an adult.

b. No animals allowed on the beach.

4. PARK ROADWAYS: Speed limit is 10MPH throughout the park. Please be aware of pedestrians and bicycles.

a. NO MOTORCYCLES, minibikes, or mopeds allowed in the park. You may park them by the office and enter/leave through the main entrance.

b. GOLF CARTS must be driven by a licensed driver with proof of insurance. Golf carts must have working taillights and headlights if driven after dark.

c. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS are permitted from 9:00AM until dusk.

d. Whenever possible please exit via the back gate onto Curtis Rd, to avoid potential traffic incidents.

5. FIRES are allowed in fire rings only. Please extinguish prior to leaving your site or retiring for the evening.

6. SITES: Respect your neighbor’s privacy. Please use the roadways and stairways to access the beach and restrooms.

a. Each site is limited to one camping unit and 2 vehicles (to include cars, boats, golf carts, etc.).

Under no circumstances may boats or other vehicles be parked on grass or other common areas. Additional vehicles may be assessed a storage fee.

b. No parking on the grass: Overflow parking is available near the office and next to the West Circle bathhouse.

c. Boat trailers may be parked near the maintenance garage or in our storage facility during your stay.

d. A single small tent (4-person max) is allowed for use by minor children only.

e. Personal items, including bikes, lawn chairs, etc. must be stowed under or near the unit. Your site and unit should be kept neat and uncluttered at all times.

f. Clotheslines may be used on your site for drying towels and swimwear only.

g. Rates are based on 4 adults and subject to change without notice. No refunds of any type for early departures.

7. RESTROOMS: Do not wash clothing, dishes, or utensils in the restrooms. Please turn off water and lights when finished.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Fireworks, slingshots, BB guns, and all firearms are prohibited at all times.

9. PLEASE respect nature. Do not deface trees or bushes. Please do not feed animals or waterfowl.

10. RULE VIOLATIONS are only enforced by the park manager, and if necessary, by the MAP Board of Directors.

Violations should be reported to the Park Manager or staff.

PET POLICY:

Pets must be kept on a leash 8 feet or shorter at all times.
Do not leave pets unattended.
Pets are not allowed on the beach.
Please clean up after your pet. We have bag stations conveniently locted throughout the park.
