CANCELLATION POLICY:

RV Sites: Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM, 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival for return of deposit minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cabins: Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM, 14 days prior to scheduled arrival for return of deposit minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy – Without proper notice, deposit will be forfeited.

No Shows: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled reservation date your deposit will be foreited. If you have multiple nights reserved you will have until 10:00 AM the following morning to notify us of your intentions or your entire reservation will be cancelled.

No Refunds for early departures once you have checked in.

MULTIPLE RESERVATION STAYS:

If you are attempting to book a multiple night stay and it is not available in one site, or you are adding to a stay by making a new reservation, and you book a series of individual sites, your multiple nights will NOT be in the same site. You will be required to check out at 11:00 AM on your individual departure dates and will not be allowed to check in to your next site until all departures have left and we start check-ins. If you have multiple sites to accomplish your stay, they will not be combined into one site unless we are able to do so, and cancellation fees may apply to each site cancelled or changed.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE TIMES:

Checkout time is 11:00 AM, Late fees will apply

Check-in time for RVs is 1:00-9:00 PM

Check-in time for Cabins is 2:00-9:00 PM

PARK POLICIES:

Please understand that we cannot guarantee specific sites or being next to others in your party, but we will make every attempt to accommodate your requests. If you are traveling with another party and want to be together, make sure to book the same site type and note your reservation.
Your RV and vehicle must be parked fully in the site. Only one sleeping unit per site. No street parking, parking on the grass, landscaping, patios, or crooked in the site. We do have overflow parking available.
NO tent camping allowed.
Mats and rugs are not allowed on any grass. You will be responsible for any damages.
To maintain our landscaping, the sprinklers come on between midnight and 6:00 am for 30 minutes on each site, each night. Please set your personal property inside to keep it dry.
NO wood fires allowed. Propane or charcoal are permitted unless we are under a burn ban.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on our property.
Drive slowly! Speed limit is 5 mph. Children are at play.
No hanging anything from our trees, including clotheslines, hammocks, and lights.
WIFI access is provided. We do not guarantee WIFI access at every site or at all times. WIFI speed is impacted by usage. You are welcome to use our conference room in the main building.
We are a pet friendly park. All pets must be on a leash and all pet waste must be picked up by the owners. All pet owners must be responsible for their pet’s actions and behaviors. 2 dog maximum in cabins.
City ordinances require a sealed sewer connection such as a sewer elbow.
In case of sewer spill, please notify the office ASAP for assistance. Failure to notify may result in a clean-up fee.
For the safety of younger guests, we ask that parents accompany children under 12 using any facilities including the playground. Children should use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any internal RV Park roads.
Quiet Time is 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including at the playground. Please be considerate of others.
NO use of generators at any time.
Please be respectful by not walking across other camper’s sites.
Please do not place BBQ grills directly on picnic table. We do offer a grill mat you can use, which is available in the office.
You are visiting bear country, please keep all food and coolers inside. Do not leave trash outside.
Restrooms and showers will be closed daily for cleaning.
NO drones permitted in the park.
Freezing temperatures are common in any season. Please use caution as all surfaces could be icy. You are responsible for preventing our faucets from freezing by disconnecting your water hose each night freezing temperatures occur. Failure to disconnect will be subject to reimbursement for any damages which occur.
