PLEASE NOTE: if you get a message "VOICE AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED" after entering your credit card, you will need to use another form of payment. This message means you may need to call your credit card company, there is no need to call the campground office for this message.

CHECK IN/OUT
Check in after 2:00pm, check out by 11:00am.
Check in time for Retro Cabin is 4pm.

RESERVATONS

Willow Lake Campground and RV Park Woodstock is a family oriented campground and as such all persons in a party must be 21 years of age to register in our campground or must have a parent staying with the party the entire stay.

Long weekends require minimum 3 night reservation. Fees slightly higher for long weekend and special event weekends

Full payment required upon making reservation.

No additional sleeping tents on sites, all persons must sleep in the registered RV.

FIREWOOD
NO outside firewood is permitted, no exceptions. This includes split wood, skid wood, blocks, pallets, etc etc. No removal of branches or wood from any trees on property. We do sell firewood in the CampStore, please visit us there to purchase. All fires must be extinguished at night, please do your part to ensure the safety of the park and those around you.

DO NOT MOVE FIREPITS. It causes extensive damage to the ground when moved, and is very difficult to reseed. A $100 fee will be applied post-departure to any site where the firepit was moved. This fee is to cover the cost of digging, re-seeding, and bringing the site back to it's original state.

INTERNET AND WIFI
We have a wifi hotspot by the Office/CampStore, Campfire Grille, and Games Room. Rural internet may not be what you are used to if you are from a big city.

SMOKING/ALCOHOL

Smoking and alcohol consumption is to be limited to your campsite only. Please respect your neighbours when using any of these substances. There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in any of the public areas including main walkways and roadways, playground, rec hall, washrooms, games room, office/store, etc..

GARBAGE
Please bring your garbage to the designated spot in visitor parking. We do have containers for glass, plastic and paper, please help in in our recycling efforts. As well, we do have dedicated bins for returnables, please place any LCBO returnable cans or bottles in these containers, and we will donate 100% of the returnable money to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Oxford County.

LAWN MATS/CARPETS
To help save the grass and make the site look lovely for the next guest, please roll up your mat each evening to let the lawn breathe, and then feel free to unroll it the next morning.

VISITORS
Day visitors, (adult or child) $5.00 per person. All visitors must park in visitors parking at the front of the park, then register at the CampStore. Overnight visitors, regular camping rates. Registered guests are responsible for the actions and behaviour of their visitors.

QUIET TIME
Quiet time is11:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please remember to turn your music off at 11:00pm. After 11pm, the sounds of crackling fires and wonderful chit-chat is all that is needed!

BANNED ITEMS
Firearms, air guns, slingshots, fireworks, chainsaws, generators, sleeping tents are not permitted.

PETS
Friendly pets are welcome but must be kept under control and on a leash. Pets must not be left unattended at any time. You must clean up after your pet. The Park reserves the right to ban any pets from the park. No pets in cabins unfortunately, sorry. A $100 cleaning fee will be applied post-check out if a pet was inside a cabin.

POOL
Swimming pool hours are as posted at pool. Observe pool rules and supervise your children 12 years and under. No food in pool area. No glass bottles in the pool area please, they can be very hazardous to bare feet! Children playing in bathing suits before entering the pool must shower to remove any sand or dirt or change into a clean bathing suit before entering pool. Children 3 years and under must wear swim diapers.These are the health department’s rules, they can and will close the pool if not adhered to.

CAR PARKING
You are permitted 1 car per site. Vehicle must be parked on your site, no parking in common green spaces. Extra vehicles must park in vistor parking lot and a fee will be charged. We strictly enforce this for the pleasure of our campers, no one wants to camp in a parking lot! :)

$20 per night surcharge if you are bringing an electric vehicle

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED
For their safety, children are not allowed to roam the park after dark. Parents must supervise children in the pool, washroom and playground. Make your children aware of the rules. No life guard on duty, you are responsible for yours and your family's safety. Parents and guardians will be held responsible for the actions of any children under their care.

REFUNDS and CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for advance cancellation only, see fees below.

Cancellation fees:
* 14 days or more before arrival date $20 for each site booked
* 7 to 13 days before arrival date 50% of reservation charged for each site booked
* less than 7 days before arrival date to arrival date, no refunds.
* Exceptions are not made due to weather

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:
Refuse admittance to undesirable persons and will ask such person to leave the campground if necessary. We will evict anyone for noncompliance of rules without refund, we want to make sure everyone enjoys their stay, and not at the expense of those who dont like to play nicely! Management will have access to any site at all times for the purpose of service and utilities/maintenance. Willow Lake Campground and RV Park does not accept responsibility for personal injury or loss whatsoever, incurred by campers or their visitors .

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND CONSENT TO MEDICAL TREATMENT

Please read this document (the “Waiver”) carefully, as it affects your future legal rights. By acknowledging below, you (on behalf of yourself and all members of your family/group/reservation) acknowledge, agree and represent that you have carefully read and fully understood the Waiver and agreed to its terms.

This Waiver must be carefully read and signed in consideration of the opportunity of being a willing Attendee permitted to enter the Premises. As used herein, the term “Releasees” is defined to include the following: the Campground, its subsidiaries, affiliated organizations, owners, members, managers, directors, officers, past and present employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

I expressly acknowledge and agree that my attendance at the Premises and participation in the activities of the Campground may involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage.
I am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in my attendance at the Premises and participation in the activities of the Campground and I voluntarily, knowingly and freely assume all risks associated with participating in the activities of the Campground and entering the Premises, including, but not limited to, my own actions or inactions (or the actions or inactions of my minor child/ward), the actions or inactions of others (including but not limited to the Campground owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), falls, injuries, illnesses, infections, contact with others (including but not limited to the Campground owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or visitors), navigating any and all obstacles and any defects of the Premises.
I represent and warrant to the Releasees that I am in good physical condition, am able to safely participate in the activities of the Campground and have no medical condition that would make my participation in the activities of the Campground more hazardous.
If I am pregnant, disabled in any way or have recently suffered an illness or injury; I consulted a physician before participating in the activities of the Campground.
I consent to medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury to me as the Campground owners, officers, directors, managers, staff, volunteers or other medical professionals may deem appropriate and understand that this Waiver extends to any liability arising out of or in any way connected with such medical treatment or transportation.
I understand and agree that I am expected to exhibit appropriate behavior at all times while I am attending the Premises and while I am participating in the activities of the Campground to obey all local, provincial and federal laws, both criminal and civil. This includes, generally, respect for other people, equipment, facilities or property.
I understand and agree that I may not bring weapons or illegal substances to the Premises.
I understand and agree that the Releasees are not responsible for any personal item or property that is lost, damaged or stolen while I am participating in the activities of the Campground or on the Premises.
I recognize and acknowledge that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to myself in attending the Premises and participating in the activities of the Campground and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. I freely and voluntarily agree to assume the full risk of death, bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, that I (or my child/ward) may sustain as a result of my participation in the activities of the Campground or attendance at the Premises, howsoever arising, including, but not limited to, the active or passive negligence of the Releasees.
I agree to indemnify the Releasees from any and all third party claims, howsoever arising, for any loss, liability, damage or cost they might incur, including, but not limited to, claims arising in whole or in part by my negligent or intentional acts or omissions while participating in the activities of the Campground or attending the Premises..
I indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur while I am participating in the activities of the Campground or while attending the Premises, howsoever arising, including, but not limited to, being caused by the negligence of the Releasees.
I hereby and forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees for any injury or damage to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, present or future, in law or in equity, in contract or in tort, or otherwise, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my minor/ward’s) participation in the activities of the Campground or while attending the Premises, howsoever caused, including, but not limited to being caused by the negligence of the Releasees.
I hereby and forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the Releasees for any injury or damage to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin, for any claims, causes of action, obligations, lawsuits, charges, complaints, controversies, damages, costs or expenses of whatsoever kind, nature, or description, whether direct or indirect, present or future, whether known or unknown, arising out of or connected with my (or my minor/ward’s) participation in the activities of the Campground or attending the the Premises, under the terms of any statute, including, but not limited to, any claims under the Occupiers' Liability Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.2, as amended; and, the Negligence Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.1, as amended.
I understand and acknowledge that the laws of the Province of Ontario shall apply to all matters relating to this Waiver regardless of the activity location, that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with the Releasees resides in provincial or in federal court in Ontario. I expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in connection with any dispute with the Releasees arising from my participation in the activities of the Campground or while on the Premises of the Campground.
I expressly agree that this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the Province of Ontario, and that the invalidity or unenforceability of any term of this Waiver does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other term. Any invalid term will be treated as severed from the remaining terms.
I acknowledge that in contract disputes, any ambiguity within the contract is generally interpreted against the contract drafter. However, with this knowledge, I do hereby agree that any ambiguity within this Waiver is to be interpreted in favour of the Campground.

I understand that there are inherent and unforeseen risks involved in participating in the activities of the Campground or while attending the Premises. I have read this document in its entirety and fully understand its terms. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by acknowledging below, including the right to sue the Releasees. I acknowledge that I am agreeing to this agreement freely and voluntarily and intend my acknowledgement to be a waiver and complete and unconditional release of all liability due to the negligence of the Releasees or, the inherent risks of participating in the activities of the Campground or while attending the Premises.
