Cancelations (Non-Holliday):  Must call at least 5 days or more before the arrival date to avoid the 1 (one) day cancellation fee.

Rolex and Holidays: There is no minimum number of days for holidays or special events.  

Must call at least 8 days or more before the arrival date to avoid the cancellation fee.

Halloween: Full Payment for the weekend is taken at the time of the reservation.  Must call before September 30 to receive a full refund. 

Cancellations October 1 or later will have a 1 (one) day cancel fee.
