Cancellation Policy
A $20 cancellation fee will apply for any reservations cancelled more than 4 days prior to arrival (7 for lodging). If you cancel less than 4 days (7 for lodging) prior to your arrival date you will be charged for one nights fee. Reservation change fees and site lock fees are non refundable. If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount. Any changes to dates or sites will be a charge varying from $1 to first night charge.

The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 1:00pm for campsites and cabin. You must check out of the Rooms and Cabins before 11:00am, but are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00pm. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs may be possible, depending on availability. Extra charges will apply. Contact us the day prior to arrival to check availability

We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation.

Minimum 3 nights stay on long weekends. In July and August 2 night minumum stays are required for advanced reservations for lodging and campsites on weekends. One night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one night stays. Contact us for more details.

To cancel or modify a reservation you can send the details by email to info@rubberduckyresort.com or text to 204-514-6599. Wristbands and parking passes can be picked up at check in.

Please confirm the trailer lengths listed in the site descriptions to ensure your unit will fit in the site selected.

A deposit of the first night will be charged at time of reservation. Balance for reservation is payable before or upon arrival. We accept Interac, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, etransfer (reservations@rubberduckyresort.com).

Check in/out
The check-in time for all sites and lodging is after 3:00 p.m before 10:00pm. Check-out time is before 1:00pm for campsites. You must check out of the Lodging units before 11:00am, but are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00pm. Priority check-ins (after 9:30am) or extended check-outs (until 9pm) are often possible, depending on availability. Email info@rubberduckyresort.com or text 204-514-6599 the day before your arrival or departure to check availability and book. A charge of $19.04 will apply

Picnic area spots do not allow for overnight stays. Check in after 10 am and checkout before 10 pm

Rooms 1-6 standard rate as quoted does not include a linen package. Partial or Full linen packages are available as an add on. (package must be booked a minimum of 24 hours before check in). Pets are allowed in the cabin rooms but must be included on your reservation in advance. (charges will apply) Contact the office by email or text to make modifications to your reservation. Pets are allowed and must be pre registered prior to arrival. Please be sure to include them on your reservation. (If pets are found to be in a room and have not been registered a fee of $300 will be applied to your reservation)

All public buildings, lodging units and pool area are smoke/vape free. Pets are not permitted in public buildings or pool area. They must be on a leash, kept under control and cleaned up after.

We guarantee your chosen site type and site amenities but not requested site number. There may be instances where you will be moved to a similar site with a different site number. We do offer the opportunity to guarantee a specific site number you may add the site lock option to your reservation. All electric hookups are 30amp RV style. An adaptor will be needed if you are using a different connection, such as a standard household cord.

We guarantee your chosen cabin type but not requested cabin number. There mat be instances where you will be moved to a similar cabin with a different cabin number.

If multiple dates for the same site are booked under the same reservation site lock fees, (if chosen) and reservation fees will be added to each stay.

No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures

Phone Reservations and general inquiries 11am-4pm, 204-322-5286. Text inquiries 9am-9pm 204-514-6599. Online reservations 24/7. In person and phone inquiries may be limited at times due to staffing limitations.

Quiet time is from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Be respectful and considerate of other campers. Any activity or noise which may affect the comfort of other campers is not permitted. Call or text 204-383-0136 to report noise concerns.

Damage to or defacing of property will result in financial penalty and/or eviction from the Campground

Glass containers are not permitted outside of your campsite or room. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA

Children and Youth: Rubber Ducky is a family resort which welcomes children of all ages. Children and youth under the age of 18 are permitted on the property with adequate adult supervision only. Campers are responsible for the care and actions of their children and youth or any child and youth left in their care at all times. Uncontrolled destructive children or youth will not be tolerated by the management and may result in their being banned from the park or in your eviction. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area or playing near the ponds and under the age of 16 at Lazy Acres Farm area. Children without adequate supervision may be asked to leave the area. All children and youth under the age of 18 must be at their designated campsite/motel unit or be accompanied by an adult after 11:00 pm. Those in violation of this rule will be returned to the care of the adults in charge of supervision.

Tenant's campsite/lodging numbers will be released to anyone who requests it unless management is informed not to give this information out by the registrant. Any personal information supplied to us is for our own records and shall be retained only as long as necessary. It is Rubber Ducky policy to not disclose any customer personal information to a 3rd party and is securely disposed of when no longer required.

Wristbands must be worn at all times while at the campground. Failure to do so may result in loss of privileges. If you lose your wristband a replacement may be purchased at the office.

Please have all visitors stop at the office to register upon arrival. Visitors must purchase a visitor day pass. Any visitors without wristbands may be asked to leave the campground. The registered siteholder is responsible for the actions of their visitors.

Alcohol is permitted on the grounds; however Rubber Ducky Resort is a family resort and therefore we ask all our Residents and Guests to drink responsibly. Drunken, disruptive, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated at anytime. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in the park in accordance with government regulations. Non compliance may result in your eviction from the park.

Some amenities and facilities may be closed/limited due weather, health & safety concerns or other factors. We will do our best to continue operating but there may be some expected circumstances that occur. Some amenities and facilities operate seasonally and hours may be limited during the off season. I have read the release of liability and I agree to the terms of that agreement. I have read and understand this agreement and I am aware that by signing this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and representatives may have against the releases.

I am aware that this property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I accept full responsibility for the care of the rental accommodation listed on this form and I agree to pay for any damages or lost items. I accept full responsibility for my guests and agree that there will be no refund if we are evicted. I agree that there will be no refund for days lost through early departure or late arrival. Rates are subject to change. I agree to the cancellation policy as posted.

I am aware that the recreational facilities involves many inherent risks, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, equipment failure, and failure to use the facilities in a safe and prudent manner within ones abilities, may cause injury or death. I freely accept and fully assume all risks, danger and hazards associated with the use of the facilities. I hereby agree to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Rubber Ducky Resort and Campground Ltd. And their employees and release them from any and all liability for any loss, damage expense or injury including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer resulting from or arising out of any aspect of my use of the accommodations/facilities. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the releases from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from any use of the accommodations/facilities.

I agree to abide by the campground rules and regulations as posted on the website https://www.rubberduckyresort.com/camping/ and bulletin board in the gazebo area

Photo Release: I agree that photos of myself and my guests may appear on certain advertising/promotional information relating to Rubber Ducky Resort and Campground Ltd
